All marital debts can be accounted for on these screens. You can review who signed for each debt, whether it was incurred before the marriage, whether it is secured, the current balance and your client’s desires regarding assumption of the debt. If a balance changes on a secured debt, the balance automatically carries forward to the responding asset screen.
