This page is for downloading Attorney's Assistant© Client Version software.

You will need a Pentium class computer running Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP ME, NT or Vista.  You must have at least 32 megabytes of memory and at least 20 megabytes of free disk space.  To download, click on “Click Here to Download” at bottom of page.  When the download dialog appears, choose “Run application from current location or Open” and follow the instructions.  After installation, you will need to reboot your computer.

If you do not have high speed internet connections, you may wish to install from a disk obtained from your attorney. The software will need to be licensed before your data can be used by your attorney.  Discuss arrangements with your attorney before purchasing a license. To purchase a license, after downloading, go to the HELP menu within Attorney’s Assistant© and proceed to PURCHASE, or return to this website and click on the link to the left (Client Purchase).  You may wait to purchase until you are ready to “Send Data File”, at which time a purchase screen will automatically appear.

NOTE: If installing on NT, XP or 2000 you may need to be logged in with administrator rights.

Once download begins, click on “Open or Run from current location.”.

After purchasing the software for $49.95, you must export your data through Attorney’s Assistant to any storage device or email it to your attorney before exiting (File>Send Data File to Attorney).  Choose the location to send your data, and you will receive the message:  “Your Data Has Been Sent”.  If you do not receive this message or need any assistance, please contact Legal Easy at 1-866-534-2539.  If your attorney has an FTP Attorney Address (this is different that an e-mail address), you  may use the Send Over the Internet function.  If you are unsure whether or not your attorney has an FTP address, please contact Legal Easy or your attorney.
